Located in 2 Studios in Limerick offering more than 60 classes a week, you have lots of choice and flexibility to work around your busy life. Excludes Clinical Rehab Classes. Talk to our Physiotherapist to start these.
Want to hear how all this started?
15 years ago, as a Physio I started teaching Pilates classes helping people with back pain and recover from injury. As clients started to feel better and see results these classes rapidly grew.
Our clients are diverse but all with the same overriding goal – to feel stronger and have more energy for the daily activities of life AND to continue to pursue their passion for sports and hobbies.
