These Reformer Pilates classes require no reformer experience. Most women who start with us are not only new to Pilates but new to exercise and so these classes cater for mixed abilities and all Trimesters.
Where stretch meets strength you can expect a safe and effective Pregnancy workout that keeps you feeling energised and strong in your pregnancy and supports the physical preparation for birth.
Many women report back how these classes were the highlight of their week as they got to know other women and enjoy the chats before, during and after class.
Postnatal Pilates
This class is for you if you are a new mum and want to return to exercise but don’t know where to begin. You bring your baby too!
If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed and everything aches this class is for you.
Spending much of the day at home these classes are great to get to know other mums, find solace in the fact that you are not the only one sleep deprived and yes breastfeeding isn’t all that easy.
In small group classes you can enjoy a whole body workout with a focus on restoring your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy and birth.
