My flexibility and balance has definitely improved and my core is stronger. Small class sizes mean more attention from instructors and make the classes more friendly. You are not lost in a crowd. I highly recommend everyone to give their classes a try

I had spinal surgery and was advised by my surgeon to do Pilates. Christian’s one-to-one class helped me immensely. I then joined the clinical classes and I could feel my strength, balance and flexibility improve each week.

I would highly recommend Pregnancy Pilates. Attending these classes is such a nice way to stay active and mobile throughout pregnancy whilst not pushing yourself too hard. Such a calm, comfortable environment.

Since starting Postnatal Pilates I have only need physio once in 6 weeks and I used to need physio twice a month at a minimum!
